About me

My name is Cara Dahlquist. I have had two beautiful
babies using the HypnoBirthing methods.
Each time was an incredible, rewarding experience.
My first was in a hospital and my second was in a
birthing center.
HypnoBirthing teaches you how to have a gentle,
safer, more comfortable birth.
